Seaside Seat: One Chairful story of many

Hold a conch shell up to your ear, and you can visit ocean waves while far from the sea.

The Seaside Seat brings a you on a scuba dive into the ocean (about 30 to 60 feet down) without the dangers of the deep.

Here, you can experience anemone sway and tiny fish as they roam close by.

I took my brother-in-law’s discarded fins and kept imagining the adventures they could still have.

Once they were attached to the Seaside Seat, I knew they had a powerful future.

Together with my first snorkel, this seat can transport one to a world of wonders.

So writes Judi Berman, at right near Spy Pond.

Known for her vivid pastels of underwater sea life, Judi returns to the ocean’s depths while staying comfortably on land.

She has transformed her love of the Scuba world and devoted herself to creating a movable palette of flowers in her ever changing garden.

She is an active member of ArtLinks and board member of the Arlington Center for the Arts.
