Arlington Community Electricity (ACE) options

ACE looks to double the number of participants enrolled for 50% and 100% renewable electricity

With community partners, the Town of Arlington set a goal to double the number of participants voluntarily choosing to purchase extra renewable energy from the town’s electricity program, Arlington Community Electricity (ACE).

The program, which has been in operation since 2017, is designed to provide more electricity options for residents, businesses and other electric ratepayers in Arlington.

Currently, more than 750 participants have chosen to opt-up to either 50-percent or 100-percent renewable electricity under the ACE program.

The town, in partnership with Mothers Out Front and other local volunteers, is looking to double that number to 1,500 by next Dec. 31.
